Accessing Your Settings

To get to your account settings, click on the Settings icon in the bottom-left navigation bar of your Veltrix workspace. From there, you can navigate through the different sections.

1. Profile

This is the main section for your personal and professional information. It is divided into three parts:

  • Personal Info:

    • Full name: Your first and last name.

    • Phone number: Your contact phone number.

    • Email address: The email associated with your account.

  • Job Details:

    • Username: Create a unique link for your Veltrix profile (e.g., veltrix.com/profile/your-unique-link).

    • Industry: Select the industry you work in from the dropdown menu.

    • Position: Your current job title.

    • Company: The name of your company.

    • Website: Your company or personal website.

  • Delete account:

    • If you wish to permanently close your account, you can do so here.

    • You have the option to "Delete all Data and History," which will erase all your uploaded data and chat history.

    • Warning: Deleting your account is an irreversible action.

After making any changes in these sections, be sure to click the "Save Changes" button to apply them.

2. Password

In the "Password" tab, you can update your account password. For security reasons, you will need to enter your current password before creating a new one.

3. 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)

For an extra layer of security, it is highly recommended to enable Two-Factor Authentication via your email.

4. Integrations

The "Integrations" tab is where you can manage connections to third-party services, such as Google Drive, QuickBooks and Xero. Here, you can connect new apps or disconnect existing ones that you use to import data into Veltrix.
