Creating Your Veltrix Account

To sign up, you will need to:

  1. Visit our Website: Go to the Veltrix homepage.

  2. Sign Up: Click on the "Sign Up" button.

  3. Select your Sign-up Option: The sign-up process will offer two methods:

  • Sign up with Google: A quick way to register using your existing Google account.

  • Sign up with Email/Password: The traditional method of using an email address and creating a new password.

After You Sign Up: Your First Look

Once your account is created, and you log in for the first time, you will land on the Financials page. This is your central hub for uploading and analyzing your financial documents.

Potential Issues and Solutions

Here are some common issues you might encounter during the sign-up process and how to resolve them:

  • "Oops! Something went wrong while submitting the form.": If you see this error while signing up, please double-check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, try a different web browser or contact our support team (through form here or via chat).

  • Verification Email Not Received: If you don’t see the verification email, check your spam or junk folder. Also, ensure you entered your email address correctly.

  • Google Sign-up Issues: If you have trouble signing up with Google, make sure your browser is not blocking pop-ups, as Google uses a pop-up window to authenticate your account.

  • Incorrect Password: If you forget your password, there will be a "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Follow the instructions to reset it. You will typically receive an email with a password reset link.
