Veltrix AI integrates HubSpot sales and marketing pipeline data with your financial and business apps to give business owners a unified, real-time big picture. Connecting HubSpot to Veltrix lets users:

  • Ask plain-English questions about their sales pipeline, quotes, and products to get instant charts and action items.

  • Receive proactive, daily executive summaries of their business health.


Install the app

Connecting Veltrix to HubSpot takes less than two minutes. Follow these steps to authorize the secure, read-only connection:

  1. Log in to your Veltrix account and navigate to the Data Sources screen at the very top.

  2. Locate the HubSpot card under the Integrations section and click Connect.


  3. You will be securely redirected to HubSpot. Select the HubSpot account you wish to connect to Veltrix and click Choose Account.


  4. Review the requested scopes on the authorization screen. Veltrix requests strictly read-only access to view your CRM data (contacts, companies, deals, calls, meetings, notes, tasks, owners, and schemas), Business Intelligence API (website analytics), Content (email marketing statistics), Ecommerce (products, quotes, line items), Forms, and Basic Account Information. Click Connect app.


  5. (Note: If you see an unverified app warning during our pre-approval phase, type "I accept the risk" and click Connect).


Configure the app

Veltrix is designed to eliminate manual data engineering. There is no manual field mapping, coding, or complex configuration required.

  1. Once the app is authorized, you will be redirected back to the Veltrix Data Sources page.

  2. Veltrix automatically initiates its configuration phase, indicated by an "Analyzing your data..." status.

  3. During this automated step, our AI organizes your HubSpot data (including analytics reports, email statistics, and CRM entities) and cross-references it with your other connected apps to build your unified business overview.


Use the app

Veltrix empowers you to interact with your HubSpot data using both automated intelligence and manual querying.

1. Review Automated Insights (Automated Interaction)
Navigate to the Data Sources page to see proactive, AI-generated insights based on your live HubSpot data (or based on all your connected apps). Veltrix automatically analyzes pipeline health, identifies email marketing or traffic anomalies, and provides immediate strategic recommendations. No manual actions are required.


2. Chat and Visualize Your Data (Manual Interaction)
Open the Veltrix Chat interface. Ask plain-English questions about your HubSpot data. For example:

  • "What was my website traffic by source over the last 6 months?"

  • "Which sales rep owns the most open deals?"

  • "Show me email open rates and click rates for Q1."

Veltrix will instantly generate accurate answers, charts, and actionable advice backed by a clear audit trail.



3. Create Custom Dashboards (Manual Interaction)
Navigate to "My Dashboards" and click Create empty Dashboard. Select HubSpot as your data source to drag and drop key metrics (e.g., Deals, Email Statistics, Quotes, and Products) directly onto your canvas to track your entire pipeline in real-time.


4. Chat Directly with Your Visuals (Manual Interaction)
Once your dashboard is built, you can use the Veltrix AI assistant to drill down into specific charts. Click on any HubSpot metric to ask the AI to explain the data or uncover the "why" behind a specific trend.


Disconnect the app

You can remove the integration directly from the Veltrix interface at any time.

Potential consequences to user data: Because Veltrix operates on a strictly Read-Only basis using official HubSpot APIs, disconnecting the app will have absolutely zero impact on your existing HubSpot records, contacts, email stats, or CRM setup. Your existing data will remain perfectly safe in HubSpot.

However, because Veltrix utilizes "Amnesia by Design" for your privacy, disconnecting will instantly and permanently erase all of your HubSpot data from Veltrix's memory. Please, note that Veltrix AI will no longer be able to analyze your HubSpot data or reference it, but all your previous chat history will still remain visible in your account for you to reference at any time. Which means, it can still include HubSpot data analytics if you asked Veltrix AI anything about it before disconnecting the app. To erase your entire chat history, navigate to your account settings. Be aware that erasing chat history cannot be undone.

To disconnect:

  1. Log in to Veltrix and navigate to Settings > Integrations (or the Data Sources page).

  2. Locate the connected HubSpot card.

  3. Click the red Delete button to instantly revoke access and erase your data from Veltrix.


Uninstall the app

To completely remove and uninstall Veltrix AI from your HubSpot account environment, you must do so from within your HubSpot portal.

Potential consequences to user data: Uninstalling the app revokes all API access. Your HubSpot CRM data will remain completely untouched. Veltrix will no longer be able to read or analyze your sales pipeline, and any automated executive summaries related to HubSpot will cease.
